Been having a really challenging experience with Animated.ScrollView. Basically, the problem I am faced with is I lost the ability to programmatically animate children of Animated.scrollView using the scrollTo method. However, I am able to do this using prior versions of React-Native and Expo. I created a snack showcasing my problem.
I also created a StackOverflow post with the same issue and there is a bounty. As you can tell, I am really serious about getting this issue solved, because I would like to use Hooks.
