EAS update stopped reflecting changes

We’ve created new builds and submitted them to Google and Apple stores. Then, we pushed updates using eas update. All of this took place last week and the updates used to get reflected after relaunching the app for all customers without complaints. However, today customers started complaining about the updates not showing up after downloading the app and relaunching it a few times. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it to test this scenario and it happened to me as well, none of the changes that got published using eas update are being reflected even after relaunching a few times.
Is Expo having an issue or is there something I could do to fix this?
