I had this crazy idea that I could use Fastlane to take screenshots in my stand-alone (non-ejected) app.
However Fastlane init fails in finding an Xcode project (understandably). Is this possible without ejecting?

I don’t think so but actually we ship fastlane’s core ruby libraries as well, to handle authentication for iOS…so in principle it is possible that we could do this for you. (although not sure how it would do it at the moment)
