EAS Build not accepting iOS builds extremely frequently (free tier)

submitting ios build via eas build --platform ios --auto-submit is failing with the following error:

āœ” Uploaded to EAS
EAS Build free tier is temporarily disabled for iOS and we are not accepting any new builds. Try again later. Learn more
    Error: Build request failed.
error Command failed with exit code 1.

Workflow: Managed
EAS Version: 3.3.2

Attempted rebuilding at later times, away from peak hours.
Currently the Build Queues say that there are zero builds in the queue, so this does not seem like a concurrency issue.

hi there! now that the queue has been cleared, we have re-enabled builds on the free tier
