Web not supported?

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 44
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): web
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on.

I get an error: “BarCodeScanner Component not supported on the web” when opening the web version of my react-native app. The documentation suggests that web is supported, and i used the default code mentioned in the documentation to test this. Does anyone know if this is a bug or if i’m doing something wrong?
