Cannot find native module 'ExpoBarCodeScanner'

hi i have cli app and i want to use ExpoBarCodeScanner in my app

i downloaded expo and expo-camery but when i want to use the library im facing this error

ERROR Error: Cannot find native module ‘ExpoBarCodeScanner’, js engine: hermes

what’s the wrong ? and how can i solve this issue
