When i try to upload to testflight it give
Failed to upload the standalone app to the app store.
[09:20:45] undefined method `start_with?’ for nil:NilClass
please help to find where this error occur

Try running expo diagnostics in the CLI, compare your output to the one posted in the thread I linked. You may end up just having to follow the solution there.
