Unable to Start iOS Simulator / Android Simulator

Today i have replace Mac , but the new Mac cannot use the Simulator

After i run expo start , Press i , the simulaator can start and install expo but cannot run and crash ( i just use expo init testapp)

if press r show error
warn No apps connected. Sending "reload" to all React Native apps failed. Make sure your app is running in the simulator or on a phone connected via USB.

Sorry , I Use Android also have a problem

i don’t know why, today i just uninsatll , update and install again , now it work
