Unable to do anything on XDE with Windows

I just downloaded and installed the XDE in a Windows 10 computer normally, but when I open it this is all that appears image|690x387

Hi, that image isn’t working for whatever reason. Can you use some other method to provide diagnostics? Sorry about that.
