Turtle-CLI Unable to compile project

Hello, I need your help!

I created a Ubuntu 18.04 virtual machine and install all programs and libraries for turtle-cli.
I installed the Apache web server and generated certificates on my home router to access my project from the Internet. (example mobile.progzero.keenetic.pro).

On the virtual machine, I execute the command:
expo export --public-url Keenetic Web

The process goes well. There are no errors. As expected, the folder dist appears.

Then i execute the command:

sudo EXPO_ANDROID_KEYSTORE_PASSWORD=“keystorepassword” EXPO_ANDROID_KEY_PASSWORD=“keypassword” turtle build:android --type apk --keystore-path ./should-be-private/keystore.jks --keystore-alias “keyalias” --public-url https://mobile.progzero.keenetic.pro/tatneft-mobile/dist/android-index.json

And in this step I get an error:
