Standalone build signing fail both for IOS/Android

Hi awesome Expo,

I’ve tried to make a very simple App with Expo, and using expo ba and expo bi to build standalone app with all the credential handled by expo.
I got two successful builds but none of them can be installed.

For the android build, it crashed after the splash screen.

For the IOS build, I used Xcode device manager to install, but it telling me the App was not using a valid provision.
