sideload instruction on iPhone

Hi there,

Build Expo client App on your computer and side-load it onto a device
It says there’s an instruction in readme, but I can’t find it.
Could someone tell me where the instruction is or teach me how to build expo client app and side load it onto my iPhone? (new in expo and new in iOS app)
(I have poor network here, so OTA is not a good idea for me.)
