I want to find any way for making mp4 file with many jpg photos (just like gif form).
I tried to find someways (such as react-native-ffmpeg …)
but until now, I cannot find anything which is suitable for expo.
If anyone have some idea or experience, please share with me.

You should be able to use react-native-ffmpeg in an Expo app as long as you use EAS Build.
You might need to write a config plugin, though.
