Failed to upload to Google Play Store

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: my Project SDK 40
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): Android
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on.

I want to upload my aab file to Play Store, but failed, the reason is stated my API version is 29.
But I checked my sdk version is 40.

Do anyone know what is the problem?
Can advise me how to solve it?
