I think that it is necessary to set an App event when distributing an advertisement on Facebook.
Does Expo have a function that can handle it?
(I don’t want to run the expo eject as much as possible.)

I’m not deeply familiar with implementing Facebook Ads but if the functionality isn’t present here: https://docs.expo.io/versions/v35.0.0/sdk/facebook-ads/ then it won’t be possible with a Managed Expo project.
