Expo-Notifications work on IOS Simulator but not on Actual Phone

Expo Notifications work well with Android in production but for IOS they work on simulator but not in Production on actual phones.

EAS Cli Version is: 3.0.0

After running — eas build: . . . I get

"All credentials are ready to build @mattkrebs/hallpass (com.mattkrebs.hallpass)

:heavy_check_mark: Push Notifications setup for hallpass: com.mattkrebs.hallpass"

There are no errors and I am not sure where to look to find the problem that is creating the dysfunction.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
