Expo Notifications are not working

  2. Platforms : Android
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on.

We recently rolled out a production update with expo 46 and it appears that the users are not getting any push notifications.
We tried with the expo push notification tool as well, it is sending out the notification without any error but the notification is not delivered

P.S. : There were no errors found in the expo.sendpushNotificationsAsync()
We were able to broadcast the notifications to all users using Google cloud messaging. So FCM seems to be well connected to the devices.

Can you please advise what could be causing the issue / how to investigate this?
Also, can you please confirm if expo notifications api is up and running?
