Can't start the Android emulator

Can’t start the Android emulator , below is the error msg , what’s wrong ?

nodejs : v8.15.0
npm : 6.4.1
OS : Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS

Couldn’t start project on Android: /usr/lib/node_modules/expo-cli/node_modules/xdl/binaries/linux/adb/adb: 1: /usr/lib/node_modules/expo-cli/node_modules/xdl/binaries/linux/adb/adb: Syntax error: Unterminated quoted string

Could you run expo diagnostics and paste the logs that are printed out here?
