Can't install Expo Go app from Google Play store

After the Expo SDK 42 update, the app won’t install on an Android phone nor in the emulator.

Environment:
Pixel 4
Android version 11

Hello, I’m having the same issue with Samsung A51 and Android 11. I can’t upgrade / install the app Expo Go.
