Can i intercept android notification like react-native-android-notification-listener package with expo notification ?

Hello every one , i just wanna ask about expo notification api , can i use it to listen to the notification comming from all apps like : viber , whatsapp … and retreive its data , like the package : react-native-android-notification-listener DO ??
