Can I use Expo Push Notifications in a Native Kotlin Android Application

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version:NA
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all):Android
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on.

My organisation has an iOS app written in react native that receives push notifications from expo
we are now developing Native mobile apps for both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), can we still use expo for push notifications on the new replacement mobile apps?
