Build Failed - expo build:android

Yesterday, I built an apk file with expo build:android successfully.
But I got build failed for today. I didn’t change anything on my code.

`Could not determine the dependencies of task ‘:app:lintVitalRelease’.

Could not resolve all artifacts for configuration ‘:app:debugRuntimeClasspath’.
… … …`

Please let me know if this is server issue

I just tried again and it is working now.

This is likely because of the jcenter/bintray outage that happened yesterday.
