AppState event on app close

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 36
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): All

Is there any way to trigger an event when the app is exited, NOT backgrounded but terminated from multitasking. As far as I can tell, AppState only offers when the app is backgrounded.
