Apple App Specific Password in Secrets

I’ve added the App Specific Password into my Secrets as EXPO_APPLE_APP_SPECIFIC_PASSWORD in expo.dev account. Is EAS Submit supposed to be able to pick it up from there when I run eas submit?

I thought it once did, but now I need to manually provide it every time…

Eas secret values are available during the build process, to submit you need to specify that in your local environment.
