Use portrait on phone, but either orientation on tablet?

Hi,
I know that you can restrict the orientation in app.json with "orientation": "portrait"

But for my app, I’d like to restrict the orientation for phones, but not on tablets. On tablets, I would like to allow either orientation. Is this possible?
