Make standalone for google play

I’ve already build release version and got 2 troubles:

  1. The splascreen on center and seem very small with white spaces around, the setting is in app.json :
    “splash”: {
    “image”: “./assets/Splash_screen@3x.png”
    },

  2. I’ve already publish my app and anyone could see it in Google Play Store, but I’ve in the top - name of the app, that’s it’s still being in test.
