I'm looking for step by step guide on SDK upgrade from 42 to 49

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 42 to 49 upgrade
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): all
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on.

Every time I’m trying to upgrade SDK, I’m having issues with the react native plugins. Do I need to remove all the native modules from the package file? Is there a step-by-step guide for a developer on how to upgrade SDK from 42 to 49? thanks
