I have SDK Version: 42.0.0 and windows 10
When I install every componet I have the same error.
Example:
expo install expo-image-picker
Hey @danielmc, this doesn’t pertain to Expo but npm permissions on your system. I would recommend google searching/looking on Stack Overflow for solutions involving the ENOENT error and windows specifically.

the problem was solved by stopping the emulator and closing the visual studio code.
