Cannot build iOS app due the timeout error

Dear EXPO owners,

Thank you very much for such a great tool for fast developing mobile!

I am experiencing a timeout error when building iOS standalone app ready to be uploaded to the AppStore. I have an appledeveloper account and I allowed expo to handle all certificates. But have the log frozen as shown in the picture as follows.

And after half an hour the timeout error appears in the CLI.

Please, could you help what gone wrong? I tried to carefully go step by step according to the instruction. However, still, be unsuccessful. Googling have no results.
