Why expo need appleid and password to build if i chose “I will provide all the credentials and files needed”?

What the expo do after receive my credentials? Did that, did that, did that…
I have access as a member of one team, that team has enterprise account enabled, but i’m still having problem to build…
I’m receiving that error “You are not allowed to perfom this operation” Which operation?
