When Expo is moving to mavenCentral

When Expo packages are moving to mavenCentral() as many of packages i use have moved to mavenCentral().
And i cannot have mavenCentral() and Jcenter() both in my project.
I am stucked cannot build
Packages i use expo-av is still pointing to Jcenter().

Please provide any update
