Video Calling while using Expo

Good afternoon everybody. I`m currently using expo for a college project and I was wondering if there was a way to implement Video Calls that work on Expo. Normally in React Native you will use Webrtc but I recently discovered that webrtc is not compatible with Expo apps.

Is there another way to implement Video Calls without using webrtc or Ejecting Expo?
