Very slow download of completed builds

Hey everyone,

I’m noticing very slow downloads (projected to take hours) of completed builds from Expo. These seem to be coming from https://exp-shell-app-assets.s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com . I also noticed some general sluggishness on expo.io .

Any known issues with this S3 bucket right now? Thanks!
