Using External USB Camera with Expo

Hi,

This is a long shot but I was wondering if Expo comes with any support for using external usb cameras. More specifically, is there any API/Component that detects the presence of an external camera and allows you to select that as the source for taking pictures of making recordings?

Apologies in advance if I am trivializing this issue. I just want to get some insight into this issue.

Hey @ammarblueberry,

Unfortunately we don’t have support for this in our SDK. I would recommend creating a feature request on our Canny board here: Feature Requests | Expo
