My friend and I just noticed that the Snack url changes after every code or name change. Is this as designed? Do you plan on eventually having a permanent url for snacks?

This is the way it is currently designed to work. A URL for a saved snack will always point to that version of the code, and when you save a new one, you’ll get a new URL for the new version of the code.
Some people want to be able to keep updating the same Snack – and there are good reasons for that – so we’re looking at ways to do something like that.

We’ve been focusing on this recently, but not ready to roll it out just yet.
