Update docs, build ios

hi expo team,

some feedback regarding docs for build standalone. I think it would be helpful if it was made explicit that in order for changes to be reflected when running exp build:ios you need to publish first.

in addition, it woudl be helpful to know there are three options for this:

  • xde publish
  • exp publish
  • exp build-ios --publish
