Trying to upgrade a expo 44 project to 45 and finding issues on React Native Upgrade Helper phase (several targets, different reference UUID numbers)

Please provide the following:

1. SDK Version: 44
2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): all
3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on.

I need to install a library that requires react native 0.68 and therefore I need to upgrade the project from expo 44 to version 45.

Im following the steps to migrate the project, the issue is that when I get to ios/RnDiffApp.xcodeproj/project.pbxprojfile, the changes get tricky, as the project Im working on dont follow the original code to set the changes.

Would someone with more than one target that was able to do this migration help me out on this?
Attached you can find the last issue I faced.
Also there is one saying that cant find shellScript = ""${PODS_ROOT}/Target Support Files/Pods-RnDiffApp-RnDiffAppTests/Pods-RnDiffApp-RnDiffAppTests-frameworks.sh"\n (with the proper name set).
