Where can I find Expo’s terms of service and related information regarding using exp.host for push notifications?

I’m working on a healthcare mobile app. There are strict rules about how patient data is managed (HIPAA, PHI, etc.).

Using exp.host for push notifications seems very useful, but I need to document terms of service, security policies, things like that.

Where can I find them?

For example, when posting to https://exp.host/--/api/v2/push/send, what are Expo’s policies regarding privacy of payload information, analysis of phone IDs, things like that.

As a real-world example of why I’m asking, whether or not it’s an over-adherence to HIPAA and PHI issues, my client told me we can’t use Google Cloud’s device-based authorization because Google reserves the right to retain phone numbers for analysis.
