The 'compilation' argument must be an instance of Compilatio

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: ~39.0.4
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): Web
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on. Error

I Simply tried to run expo start:dev and I got “TypeError: The ‘compilation’ argument must be an instance of Compilation”

Not sure what information i need to provide yet.
