Team ID is not associated with an active membership

Hi
I am trying to build the iOS IPA file. I currently have an Apple ID with an expired developer membership but that Apple ID is also on another team membership with a valid developer licence. Every time I try to build it only picks the first one that has expired and gives me the error:
Team ID: ‘XXXXXXXX’ is not associated with an active membership.

How do I build the IPA with the other membership on the same Apple ID?
