Stacked navigation - Header size gets massive!

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 44.0.0
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): Android
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on.

I use React navigation with a drawer as topmost navigation, containing two different tabs that each have a stack. My headers get’s massive waste of space between the header text and menu and the statusbar. Check out this image on imgur (I tried to upload the image on here but it fails without telling me why, “Sorry, there was an error uploading that file. Please try again.”)

How can I remove this? I’ve been following a tutorial but been adapting to v6 of react navigation

This screen shot is from an android emulator? If so it won’t be like this when running on a real device.
