Is there a way to change the preview device on Snack? If not, this feature would be really useful especially when developing apps using SafeAreaView for some devices with notches!

This is not possible at the moment. I would recommend creating a Feature Request detailing exactly what functionality you want on our Canny Board so we know you (and possibly others) are interested in it.
