My snack is deleted in website .I can still open it in expo client app.

This is apparently because Snack has trouble with non-ASCII characters in the name 
One of the Expo developers is looking into getting your Snack working again.
@amykos one of the Expo team members has fixed the problem and it is possible to load the Snack now.

The Snack was not deleted, just not accessible because of the non ASCII characters in the name. This was not supposed to happen, but happened anyway because the name was not checked for invalid characters correctly.
The problems have been fixed and the Snack now loads correctly again.
