Slow Initial Load on Expo Standalone iOS App

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: ~41.0.0
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): iOS
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on.

I’m testing my Expo app using the EAS service to build a standalone, iOS app with distribution set to internal. The issue is that the initial load of the app takes 10-15 seconds. This only happens the first time the app is opened. The is no issue with load time when opening the app after that.

The issue only applies to the iOS, standalone app. My android, standalone app opens with minimal load time. Happy to provide more information as needed
