With SDK 37, will iOS 10 still be supported?

Yes, iOS 10 and above are supported in SDK37 (we dropped support for iOS 09 with our SDK31 release, which is also when we added support for iOS 13).
We usually make a decision around what set of iOS versions make the most sense to support for the Expo ecosystem (including what we know about overall usage patterns). If you follow our release notes, we’ll note when we are adding or dropping support for a given version.
