Reactivate Notifications

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 46
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all):
  3. Add the appropriate “Expo-notifications” based on what Expo library you have a question on.

If the first time the user denied permission to receive notifications, how do I request it again?
