React Native Portal/Modalize auto closes after open

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 44
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): all
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on: Portal/Modalize

I have issues with react native portal and react native modalize. When you open a new modalize component it is closing automatically by itself after 1-2 seconds.
It is random and after few open - close clicks modalize stays opened.

There are no logs or errors thrown (even in development mode with Flipper)

Has anyone experience anything similar? Any ideas what could it be ?
