RAM bundle support 2

Hi,

RAM bundles look like a good way of making apps start up faster,
especially if there is a large amount of javascript (or in our case, data in .json files).

However, I saw that RAM bundle support is not being considered.

Is there anything else we could use for the same performance benefits?
Have RAM bundles been ruled out for good?
