My app used to work fine and was using the code from the documents to send notifications but at some point ,and I am not sure when since I have only noticed now, the app had stopped giving notifications, I then noticed that it started to give notifications to my device once I opened it again but only works if the app was opened recently on my device, it has also stopped giving sounds or vibrating for the notifications. I am confused because these problems were not their before.
The app is meant to notify my phone when someone else presses a button on the app on their phone,
