Push Notification is very slow

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 28 & 36
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): all
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on.

In the past, my expo app received the notifications right after the server sent the notification. But the process is very slow these days. Notifications are delayed by about 10 minutes.
